Delivery + Ordering Info
- Curbside Pick Up: an empty SUV or larger is required to transport this balloon garland. Please arrive with it empty and the back seats folded down.
- Delivery: Balloon Garland To-Go does not include set up, delivery driver can only drop off at the entrance. It is up to you to set up the balloons. For set up and larger installations, please contact us for a quote.
- Longevity: Garlands can be picked up as early as the day before your event. They will stay inflated for days and even weeks if kept in a cool area.
- Outdoor use: Display them in the shade and keep away from sharp textures. If outdoors, balloons will become matte and may degrade faster, resulting in possible color changes. They are also more likely to pop in the heat. Outdoor balloon longevity is not guaranteed.
- Customizations: Please contact us if you are looking for specific colors. We’re happy to help!

Returns
Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item should be in the original packaging.
